From March 6th to 8th, 2023, the "National Gypsum Mortar and Mortar Auxiliary Materials Production and Application Technology Exchange Conference" hosted by Enterprise Aviation Media and Gypsum Building Materials Network was grandly held at the Yuebo Mansion Hotel in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. Representatives from gypsum upstream and downstream production enterprises from all over the country, as well as experts and professors from many well-known universities, totaling more than 800 people, participated in this grand event.

   In the report, Director Yang Jiaguo introduced common types of home decoration mortar and shared the basic formulas and application cases of four high-quality, lightweight, and high-strength mortars: new quick bonding powder (specifically for gypsum lines), lightweight plastering gypsum, gypsum based putty, and lightweight self leveling.

During the speech, Zhimeitang also conducted practical demonstrations of the new fast adhesive powder and CELS cement-based glass bead lightweight self leveling. The on-site response was strong, and the attending representatives left their seats to observe and consult relevant technologies.

The new type of fast adhesive powder can be applied immediately and can be operated for a long time. The position of the gypsum lines can be freely adjusted before initial setting. Its main additive, adhesive powder QSP40, is a new generation of fast adhesive powder special adhesive powder launched by Zhimeitang, which has super strong adhesion and significant anti sagging.

CELS cement-based glass bead lightweight self leveling is a mature technology developed by Beijing Guoyun Technology Co., Ltd., the predecessor of Zhimeitang. It has undergone extensive construction in North China and achieved excellent results. This new type of lightweight ground leveling mortar is pumpable, cost-effective, easy to construct, easy to level, lightweight, soundproof, non cracking, high strength, and can be used to attach floor tiles to the surface. This product is widely popular in North China and is highly recommended in the "12BJ1-1 Engineering Practice" and "19BJ1-1 Engineering Practice" series of North China standard drawings.
