Multi functional nano water resistant and permeable emulsion NE703


NE703 is a super fine styrene acrylic lotion with outstanding alkali resistance and water resistance. Its ultra-fine particle size gives it good permeability, sealing, substrate wetting, and excellent adhesion.

NE703 is used as a sealing primer or interface agent for gypsum and cement-based substrates, with convenient construction, fast drying, and economical cost. Especially in terms of plastering gypsum wall sealing and self leveling floor sealing, it performs very well.

Safety data and storage conditions

This product is water-based, non-toxic, and non hazardous.

1. The product should be stored in a sealed container, avoiding high temperature, direct sunlight, and freezing. It should be transported and stored at a temperature of 5-35 ℃ for a storage period of 6 months.

2. The product can be diluted with water, and the dilution ratio should be determined through testing. It is not recommended to add color paste for color adjustment. The diluted lotion shall be highly protected against corrosion. If necessary, bactericidal and preservative shall be added and used up as soon as possible.
