BACKGROUND
Under the modern architectural concept of pursuing efficiency, environmental protection, and aesthetics, the selection of flooring materials and construction techniques are particularly important. The 220 square meter polyurethane floor on the west side of the Jingmen Experimental Office Area of Zhimei Hall has bulging, peeling, and cracking on the surface, which affects the aesthetics and traffic safety.
After evaluation and analysis, it was found that the ground problem was caused by the low strength and poor flatness of the base concrete. We have decided to conduct a comprehensive polishing and renovation of this area, and first use our self-developed ultra-high strength self leveling to improve the overall strength and flatness of the ground. Select appropriate covering materials based on regional needs.

Project requirements
The tea room area should be resistant to oil stains, water, and easy to clean, the shelf storage area should be anti slip and easy to clean, and the experimental area should be wear-resistant, scratch resistant, and dirt resistant.
Difficulty in homework
The concrete strength of the ground base is low, with severe sanding, and a large height difference in the entire experimental area; The construction time is short, and the office area needs to resume traffic as soon as possible.

PART 02
Bottom leveling construction
01 Base treatment
Firstly, we polish and clean the entire floor to remove surface unevenness and aging layers, laying a solid foundation for subsequent construction.
02 Closed Base
Apply 2 coats of multifunctional nano water resistant and permeable interface agent NE703 to the ground after polishing, effectively sealing the capillary pores of the concrete structure, enhancing the strength of the base surface, and making the self leveling bond more firm.
03 Overall leveling
After the interface agent dries, use Zhimeitang ultra-high strength self leveling construction with a construction thickness of 0.5 cm to 3 cm.

The self leveling ground can be completely dried in about 5 days. Based on the functional requirements of each area, we have tried using PVC plastic flooring, inorganic coatings, and grinding stone flooring treatment processes on the self leveling surface. These three treatment processes are also a long-term experiment on the adaptability of self leveling overlay materials.

Facing material
1. Grinding stone floor area
This area needs to meet the placement requirements of large experimental equipment. For this purpose, we have specially invited Jinsheng Flooring, who has rich construction experience in Jingmen, to directly polish, cure, and polish the self leveling surface, creating a durable stone floor. Whether it is withstanding the pressure of heavy objects in daily use or resisting various scratches in frequent experimental operations, the grinding stone floor can provide a solid guarantee for the experimental environment with its excellent performance.

2 Inorganic coating area
The shelf storage area is coated with inorganic paint on the self leveling surface, which not only enhances the wear resistance and pressure resistance of the ground, but also gives the ground a richer color and texture. The environmental characteristics of inorganic coatings are also in line with the low-carbon and environmentally friendly development concept of Zhimeitang.
3 PVC plastic flooring areas
We have laid PVC plastic flooring on the self leveling surface of the west gate and pantry area, which is environmentally friendly, non slip, wear-resistant, and easy to clean, bringing a more comfortable and safe walking experience to the office area. It is also very easy to construct and can be used after installation.
