超高强自流平系列

智美堂新材料生产的α石膏基超高强自流平，是以SGT法生产的a型半水石膏为主要胶凝材料，配以骨料填料及添加剂等精制而成的干粉砂浆;是一种低碳、绿色、环保的新型地面精找平材料，专为地毯、木地板、PVC弹性地板，大板或岩板瓷砖、环氧树脂、聚氨酯、无机涂料等地坪材料提供平整坚实的基层;表面若采用打磨抛光工艺特别适合制作无机磨石地坪。

干燥快     

Fast Drying

加水量16%～19%，硬化4h～6h后即可上人，1d～3ds可进行下一步施工

强度高

High Strength

强度50MPa～70MPa，有很好的耐磨性，适合各类高负载地面

耐水性好

Good Water Resistance

成品面层致密，比普通石膏基自流平具有更好的耐水性

The finished surface is dense, providing better water resistance compared to ordinary gypsum-based self-leveling compounds

耐久性好Durable

不空鼓，不开裂，不脱落，不起粉，不发霉，不发花

It prevents hollowing, cracking, peeling, powdering, efflorescence, discoloration, and mold growth.

不受施工厚度的限制，施工厚度5mm～50mm没有开裂现象，回填一次性找平Not limited by the thickness of construction, it can be applied without cracking at thicknesses between 5mm and 50mm, and is ideal for backfilling and one-time leveling
